FACEBOOK GROUP TERMS

Growth Consultancy Pty Ltd trading as The Queen of Confidence A.B.N.87 608 899 118 (we, or The Queen of Confidence) offers our Level Up Your Life by the Queen of Confidence Facebook Group (our Facebook Group) as a service to provide you with information about our programs, special offers and other matters of interest. 

 

Our Facebook Group is a private group and as such, we reserve the right to deny any Facebook user access for any reason. This group is only for active members in good standing and is not a part of the program but an additional resource we provide for members who abide by the rules and these terms.

 

In accessing and using our Facebook Group, you must comply with both the Facebook Terms of Service and our own Facebook Group Terms (these Terms for the group).

 

Please say hello and introduce yourself – We would love to know:

 

  • who you are;

 

  • why you are here and what you’d love to gain from the program; and

 

  • any questions or topics you’d like to hear more about.

 

Our Facebook Group is a safe place for your vulnerability, truth, shares and healing. All members of our Facebook Group must treat information shared within our Facebook Group with strict confidence.

 

All members of our Facebook Group must refrain from engaging in the following acts (the Prohibited Acts) on the Facebook Group itself, or towards another member of the Facebook Group:

 

  • use offensive or violent language; or

 

  • make hateful or discriminatory comments regarding race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or political beliefs; or

 

  • post links or comments containing sexually explicit content; or

 

  • violate the copyright or intellectual property rights of The Queen of Confidence or any third party; or

 

  • post spam, link baiting, or files containing viruses that could damage the operation of other people’s computers or mobile devices; or

 

  • harass fellow members, attack specific groups, or make any comments or send any messages intended to harass, threaten or abuse an individual; or

 

  • post commercial solicitations, promotional material or in any way promote themselves; or

 

  • participate in our Facebook Group, while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

 

Please also note that the discussions in this group are to remain confidential and are not permitted to be shared with any person, who is not a member of our Facebook Group, without the express consent of The Queen of Confidence. 

 

We reserve the right to remove and ban any member of our Facebook Group, immediately and without notice, who:

 

  • acts in any way that comprises another member’s right to feel safe and respected within our Facebook Group, this includes sharing triggering information without care, not abiding by the facebook group rules Under the ABOUT section in the group for members here  https://www.facebook.com/groups/566888225960436 

 

  • refuses to follow these Terms; 

 

  • engages in any of the Prohibited Acts listed in the paragraph above; or

 

  • engages in any conduct that, in The Queen of Confidence’s discretion, diminishes the benefit of, or value in, our Facebook Group, so far as any member is concerned.

 

The Queen of Confidence:

 

  • does not review or endorse any comments or other material (Content) posted within our Facebook Group, including by a third party; 

 

  • is not liable for the mental health and or wellness of members, and is not providing one to one coaching or therapeutic support, this group is strictly a supportive community for active Sistahood members only; and

 

  • will not be liable for any Content posted within our Facebook Group, including Content posted by any third party; and

 

  • does not represent or warrant the accuracy of the Content posted within, our Facebook Group; and

 

  • reserves the right to modify or remove any Content posted within our Facebook Group, without notice; and

 

  • is not responsible for any Content posted or damage caused by spam or malicious software; and 

 

  • is not responsible for any third party advertising material that may be displayed, by Facebook, within our Facebook Group.

 

The Queen of Confidence may, from time to time, provide hyperlinks to social media pages or websites belonging to third parties (Linked Pages). We do not control content posted on the Linked Pages and we are therefore not responsible for any content found on them. We provide these hyperlinks for your convenience only, and do not endorse or approve any of the content found within Linked Pages. We do not take any responsibility or warrant the accuracy of any aspect of content or information provided on the Linked Pages.

 

While we take reasonable precautions to protect the security of our Facebook account (our Account), there remains a risk that our Account may be hacked or hijacked by a third party. In the event that this occurs, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that we regain control of our Account as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for any inappropriate Linked Pages or Content posted while our Account was not under our control.
